Our Background

GROUP RUBUYE SPRL (GR), is a Congolese company, founded by Ladislas Rubuye Chikaza in the 1960s to offer Agricultural and Transportation solutions.

In 1994 the business model of the company changed to offer mining and construction solutions by offering Mining Operations, Public Works, Workforce, and Logistics solutions.
Infinity Group is a Mozambique Registered Company, established in 2001.

In 2016 Sentula Mining Limited acquired Infinity and all its subsidiary companies on 1st October 2017.

In 2021 GROUP RUBUYE SPRL (GR) and Infinity Group entered into a partnership. GROUP RUBUYE SPRL (GR) 51% and Infinity Group 49% partnership making these companies the largest drilling company in East and Central Africa.

Our biggest competitor are Metso Company and Sandvik in Congo and  Zhengzhou Anvik Machinery Co., Ltd in Guinea.

These are Chinese companies all specialises in equipment leasing for the mining sector.

Over the past decade Chinese companies in Africa have been accused of their compliance with legislation and other responsibility norms in their activities, and in their development and implementation of sustainable management plans.

Although we do not know the operations of Metso, Sandvik and Zhengzhou Anvik Machinery Co., Ltd. Compliance with DRC legislation in their business they remain our biggest competitor.
